In order to obtain your Visa letter, once you receive your confirmation you need to open your email and scroll down to the blue login button.  Click the login button and your information will appear (it takes a minute for everything to appear).  You scroll down to the Visa Letter if there is a blue highlighted download you click on that and the Visa letter will appear as a PDF with all your information on it.  Sometimes it automatically opens up as a pdf.  

If you are not able to get a Visa, we will need a copy of the denial, then we can give you a full refund.
