1. When you REGISTER for the conference, you will receive a link to book your hotel online.
2. Please book your hotel and enter credit card information. NO CHARGES will be made to your card at the time you book your reservation
3. No charges will be made to REVISE your reservation (add/subtract nights), but all such revisions will be based on room availability.
4. To modify hotels (switch hotels within the contracted conference block): This can be done without a cancellation fee by contacting the Housing Department and is based on availability.
5. All hotel reservations, bookings, modifications, and cancellations are under the supervision of the 2022 Conference Housing Department. Please do not contact the hotels directly regarding your reservation until directed to do so. Your reservation is secured, but the Hotels will not have a record of your reservation until 1 month prior to the conference.
