We know that many people will try to make their own arrangements online, thru AirBnB, VRBO, etc. and try to save a little on hotels further from the conference site. 

However, please be aware that travel to and from the OCCC, parking, Uber rides, etc. during conference season in Orlando can be costly, time-consuming, and may actually end up costing you more money (and time) than staying on site. 

We strongly recommend you stick to the Hotel blocks we have reserved, which will give you a great “home base” to rest and recharge and even grab a change clothes. And it’s helpful not to have to carry too much with you during the day.
