March 1 thru May 31, 2022 (120 days out to 30 days out): 

Cancellation of a reservation is subject to a $75 per room cancellation fee

Within 30 days of the Conference 

• On or around June 27, 2022, your Hotel will charge your credit card (1) room night per room reserved. 

• Any cancellations or modifications to your reservation during this time should be made with your Hotel and are subject to the Hotel cancellation or modification policies. 

• Any cancellations during this time will ALSO be assessed a $125 cancellation fee by the 2022 Conference Housing Department

Brief explanation: A lesson learned at the REACH conference was that some people held onto multiple hotel reservations and waited until just before the conference began to finalize their plans and in some cases cancelled their duplicate reservations. Due to our contractual obligations, the church could be faced with financial penalties if that happens. So we want to encourage our attendees to feel the freedom to book their rooms (no charges on your card to book!), but also decide well enough in advance to prevent this multiple booking issue to give us a "false positive" on how many room nights we have booked.
